3. RETURN PROCESS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.
